Our mission is to provide skin services in an effective and safe way, with minimal downtime. The products that we use are safe and free from all the harsh and toxic ingredients.
We believe that our services are high-end and the best in the market.We aim to expand our business and services not only in Bandung (and surrounding areas), but also to other cities in Indonesia.
We are working directly and closely with a Korean clinic specialist and management, to ensure that we are in the right direction, and to gain firsthand knowledge and information about South Korea’s newest technology and trend. We also hold the master franchise of IB Clinic Korea in Indonesia.
IB Clinic started in January 2015, when we opened our first clinic in Sukajadi, Bandung. In 2016, we opened our second clinic in Gatot Subroto, Bandung. Our third clinic in Paskal Hypersquare opened in 2018 and the fourth clinic in Tasikmalaya was opened in 2020. We are progressing with the opening of our branch in Jakarta in 2023.
Until now, we have a customer database of over 10.000 persons in Bandung and able to maintain a 75-80% loyal customers. Even through the pandemic of 2020-2021, we are able to keep our employees of around 55 people, without lay-offs.
